  • checking how cooking affects the ingredients.

  • Freezing
  • Bottling
  • Adding salt
  • Adding preservatives

Sherbet Recipe

Ingredients -
  • 1/4 c Icing Sugar
  • 1t Raro
  • 1/4 t Citric Acid
  • 1/4 t tartaric acid
